Should you find yourself with an unused Trumbug kit and decide you want to return it, please reach out to us at support@trumbug.com within 45 days of purchase. We'll promptly provide you with return instructions and initiate a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
For those who have applied their Trumbug kit but haven't seen the expected results, we're prepared to assist with a variety of pest elimination solutions. Simply contact support@trumbug.com so we can help resolve your issue. We're ready to provide additional application kits, pest control solutions, or advice at no extra cost. Should these alternatives not meet your pest control needs, we may issue a refund as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation
Subscription cancellations are hassle-free and can be managed directly through the “Manage Account” section on our website. If you pre-paid for a year of service and decide to cancel, we can provide a prorated refund, just reach out to support@trumbug.com.
